Is there any special equipment Iām required to have?
Yes, there are a few items you'll need before Streaming F&I can remotely connect. A list of suggested and required equipment can be found in the section labeled 'Tools Needed'.
Are there any long- or short-term commitments with Streaming F&I?
No, there are no minimum contract terms. You use our services as needed and may discontinue at any time.
Is there training available for my staff when I sign up with Streaming F&I?
Yes, we will provide training for your team on best practices for transitioning customers to the Streaming F&I specialist. Recognizing that each dealership is unique, we may adjust the process to better fit your team.
Can I purchase the equipment through Streaming F&I?
Absolutely. We will assess what equipment your store requires, make the purchase on your behalf, and bill you after installation. The equipment is yours to keep.
Will Streaming F&I conduct follow up training with my staff on an as needed basis?
Yes, if the account manager or dealership executive leaders feel additional training is necessary, we will arrange a suitable time for the dealership team.
How will streaming F&I communicate with me?
Communication is vital for a successful relationship. We will communicate with you in your preferred method, whether that's by phone call, text, or email, to keep you informed.
How will we track performance of Streaming F&I deliveries?
We suggest the dealership assigns Streaming F&I their own ID in the DMS to monitor performance and total deliveries. We recommend using StoneEagle for this purpose.
